One of the top priorities of the Impax Pharmaceuticals commercial organization is the preparedness of the field personnel in meeting the myriad of business challenges facing our business. This is a joint priority for our employees as well as our commercial partners.

Our comprehensive sales training curriculum is a multi-dimensional process, comprised of home study, corporate training, sales training, disease and product knowledge learning and field observations, all of which are led by an attentive team of trainers andmanagers. These multiple facets of Initial Training take place throughout the employee’s initial 18 months of tenure.
Beginning with the foundations of training and culminating with our ongoing day-to-day interactions with peers and the medical community, we approach and execute our business with integrity. Adherence to all compliance standards is a cornerstone to our business. We interact on a daily basis with ongoing attention to State and Federal Compliance standards, as well as our Internal Code of Conduct.
